Who we are is reflected in our shared values, in our beliefs. It is further influenced by those with whom
we interact and affected by where we've come from. The Max De Pree Center for Leadership is built on the revolutionary leadership and management tradition of Max De Pree, who emphasized the importance of character and values and leadership that is both socially aware and relational.
We seek to extend Max’s vision through research and education, and by assisting those who share his commitment to the human factor in organizational life, to human flourishing. We have gathered an internationally engaged, interdisciplinary team that offers a holistic approach to building healthy organizations and leadership development. Our diverse backgrounds and interests help us see the interconnectedness of things, how the seemingly disparate are vitally related.
