Integrated Relational Systems Approach™ [IRSA] to Organizational Transformation

The work environment shapes human consciousness in a way that either promotes or hinders innovation, change and growth. Organizations flourish when they have highly competent, developed, relational leadership, which seeks both the organization’s effectiveness AND the well-being of the people who work within it.

An effective approach to leadership-management development should be communal in scope and address issues related to the organizational culture, which profoundly affects all members of an organization. Our Integrated Relational Systems Approach™ [IRSA] to organizational transformation is an innovative and highly effective method designed to strengthen leadership and create a thriving organizational culture.

Our Distinctive Approach

The Integrated Relational Systems Approach developed by the De Pree Center is designed to provide assessment of individual and corporate emotional-relational leadership competencies that lead to organizational health and productivity. We offer an innovative model that helps to identify and develop healthy leadership within client organizations, working with the senior leadership team. For adaptive change to occur in an organization, it is essential to work with an organization’s leadership team as a whole. We believe that men and women are productive and flourish in a healthy cultural context created by the senior leadership team.

Our People

We have gathered an internationally engaged, interdisciplinary team with diverse backgrounds, interests and perceptive skills. They offer a holistic approach to building healthy organizations and leadership development.

Our Process

We offer an innovative assessment and leadership development process that results in organizational transformation. Competency-based evaluations provide in-depth individual analyses and recommendations for strengthening the leadership skills of key organizational leaders. At the same time we provide a programmatic analysis of the organizational work force that identifies competencies and gaps in leadership at the organizational level.

But in this economy...can my organization really afford this now?

Flourishing organizations use times of crisis to deepen and strengthen their core. They recognize that they cannot afford to merely survive in the present, but must prepare for the future.

At the Center we believe that now is precisely the time to invest in developing your leadership capacity and in strengthening your relationships that contribute to team productivity. You really cannot afford NOT to invest in your people right now. As employee rosters are being trimmed and expenses eliminated, you want the best people to be there as you navigate through these difficult times. Investing in leadership development and team building now will allow your organization to emerge on the other side of this crisis with an effective, resilient, productive team.

You and your organization's success is dependent upon your people!
